Are you an Australian company? Yes! Korymo is proudly Australian. We're based in Melbourne, VIC and our ABN is 49 666 493 198.

How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. We ship across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do? Your order confirmation and tracking number are automatically sent to your email after purchase. If you can't find it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, reach out to us at support@korymo.com and we'll sort it out for you.

Why does the product name on the website look different from the packaging? We sometimes give products our own Korymo names to better describe their features or fit our branding. The manufacturer's packaging may show a different name — but don't worry, the product itself is exactly the same in quality and function.

How can I be sure I'll receive the product shown on the website? We're committed to transparency. The product images and descriptions on our site accurately represent what you'll receive. Occasionally packaging may vary slightly, but the product inside is always identical.

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your favourite products to your cart, and head to checkout. From there you can enter your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method — it's that easy!

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Yes, as long as your order hasn't been processed and shipped yet — usually within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@korymo.com or call 1300 587 294 and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order in real time. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, and Zip. All available payment options will be shown at checkout.

Where do you ship from? We ship from multiple warehouse locations in Australia and worldwide to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and affordably as possible.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective? We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at support@korymo.com with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement, return, or refund as quickly as possible.

What are your customer support hours? Our Melbourne-based team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm AEST. We're closed on weekends and public holidays. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
